You cannot trip this rule. It constrains a figure this library computes for you rather than one it reads from your invoice, so no input reaches it.

The breakdown this library computes from your lines and your document level allowances and charges. If this rule ever does fire, it is a defect in @attestwire/en16931 and not in your invoice. Send it to hello@attestwire.com rather than changing your data to work around it.

Why there is no error payload here

Every other page in this reference carries the exact TeachingError the library returns, harvested by running it at build time. This one cannot: the rule guards a figure the library computes rather than one it reads, so there is no invoice that produces the object. Publishing an invented one would break the only promise the reference makes.
